Webvana 2009 Official Rules

The camp will be based on a two-strike system: Two strikes and you are out. If the camper receives two strikes, the parent or guardian will be contacted immediately and the camper must leave the premises with the parent/guardian immediately with no refund. Strikes against the students are based on the following rules:

1. Respect everyone and everything
 

Do not attempt to vandalize, alter, remove, steal, or destroy any equipment, furniture, fixtures, walls, computer equipment, or any other physical entity on the McMurry Univeristy campus.

All volunteers, instructors, and fellow students must be treated with respect and dignity. NO verbal insults/obscenities, physical contact, or actions with intent to injure will be tolerated.

2. NO racial slurs, bias, or violence will be tolerated.
3. NO vulgar or obscene language will be tolerated.
4. NO physical altercations will be tolerated (fighting, violence, etc.). Infraction of this rule will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
5. NO sexual harassment/misconduct will be tolerated.
6. Students must listen and obey the instructors.
7. NO horseplay is allowed anywhere on the McMurry University campus.
8. Any attempt to alter, destroy, or dismantle the state of McMurry University's network/computer system, either physically or logically (theft, vandalism, hacking, etc.), will not be tolerated.
9. All students are required to cooperate with the other members of their group/team.
10. No attempt shall be made to alter the course material of other students, instructors, volunteers, or any other person/persons on the McMurry University campus.
11. NO theft will be tolerated.
12. All Webvana students will respect the privacy, rights and space of other McMurry University campus students, faculty and staff members.
13. Any other infraction, physical or verbal, committed by the student and deemed inappropriate by the WEBVANA instructors or McMurry University staff/faculty will not be tolerated.
